Expertise
Greg began his career by studying electrical engineering with a specialization in control theory. He entered the automation industry and designed numerous complex projects, including airports, universities, hospitals, and data centers, specializing in energy-savings performance contracting and working with utility companies to reduce overall operating costs.
Next, he moved into a regional engineering manager role, where he oversaw a team of engineers across several states. With expertise in HVAC controls, lighting controls, and complex fire alarm systems, he became a valuable resource that many customers relied on.
His industry expertise was then applied to sales and business development as he expanded the company from a single location to five offices across four states, including national accounts worldwide.
Greg has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State University with a minor in nuclear engineering in conjunction with Ohio State University. He is also NICET II-certified in Fire Alarm Systems, a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from AEE, and holds cGPM and CPVP certifications.
The Personal Side
Greg enjoys traveling with his wife and learning about different cultures around the world. He’s also an avid runner and cyclist and has completed several marathons and triathlons.
